I love a good snuggle on the sofa. Whether it’s me a book and a blanket or with the family. A big part of getting cosy on a sofa is having some lovely scatter cushions. Not only do they add to your cosy relaxing time on the sofa they also look fabulous. I think cushions just finish off the overall look. In the past whenever I have re-decorated a room I have placed cushions high up on the list of must haves as new curtains.

Sofa Sofa Scatter Cushion Review

Recently a company call Sofa Sofa got in touch and asked if I would like to be sent a pair of scatter cushions for review. Of course I jumped at the chance, who does love new scatter cushions? It did however take me afes to choose what I wanted. There was so many choose from. Different fabrics, styles, patterns, sizes and finishes.

I opted for the Blenheim large scatter cushion in duck egg. I fell in love with the colour and the fabric pattern.

Using the website was super easy for the sofas and foot stools. However when it came to choosing the scatter cushions I was having to jump between different areas, so I could see what the fabric was like. In the cushion section it only gave the tiniest image of the fabric colour, making it very difficult to see what you were looking at. That being said I have fallen in love with an amazing sofa and foot stool from looking at all the different areas of the site.

The cushions arrived with a courier service. I opened up to see two large and plump cushions waiting for me. The feel of the fabric is of a hard wearing material. I can just tell they are going to last for ages. Which is wonderful as often scatter cushions are made from a thinner less hard wearing fabric that you just know will need replacing after a few months.

The finish of the cushions is great. No loose threads, wonderful stitching, a zip that works and doesn’t get stuck half way. I’m really pleased with our new cushions from sofa sofa. If the quality of the sofas is as good as the cushions, I would have no concerns about placing an order for our new sofas, when we move house.

Love Always

We have always read stories to the children. I’m a big fan of the English Classics with Pride and Prejudice being my all time favourite book. I own a very dog-eared, creased copy as it’s been read that many times. Each is a very confident reader, picking up whatever he fancies, no longer needing us […]
